Dr. Bárdos Judit vagyok.
1994-ben végeztem a SOTE Általános Orvosi Karán 'summa cum laude’ minősítéssel. 1997-2001-ig háziorvosi rezidens képzésben vettem részt.
2001. október 1. óta folyamatosan dolgozom jelenlegi háziorvosi praxisomban Budapest XXII. kerületében. 2002-ben háziorvostan szakvizsgát tettem kiválóan megfelelt minősítéssel.
2003 óta vagyok a SOTE Családorvosi Tanszékének akkreditált oktatója, az orvostanhallgatók és a rezidensek képzésében is részt veszek. Az oktatás során a célom, hogy a hallgatók ne csak formális "tanrendi" tudást kapjanak, hanem személyes élményen keresztül kapcsolódjanak hivatásukhoz.
2001-2006-ig a SOTE Pszichiátriai Klinikáján posztgraduális pszichoterapeuta képzésben vettem részt, majd 2006-ban pszichoterapeuta szakorvosi címet szereztem. A kognitív- és viselkedésterápia elemeit, az empatikus kommunikációt jól tudom hasznosítani a betegellátás során, így nem csak a betegséggel, hanem komplex módon a beteg emberrel tudok foglalkozni. Kiemelten fontos számomra az általam fogadott páciensek egészségi állapotának megőrzése és a betegségeik megelőzése, a preventív medicina. Az egészségfejlesztés és a betegedukáció a rendelési időben is kiemelt szerepet kap, illetve több mint 10 éve működtetem a "Budafoki Életminőség Klubot", melynek célja a betegeink egészségértésének és egészségtudatosságának fejlesztése, melynek közösségépítő szerepe is van.
2007-ben foglalkozás-orvostan (üzemorvostan) szakvizsgát szereztem. Szerződéses partnereim részére a budafoki rendelőmben, illetve nagyobb létszám esetén a cégek telephelyén - akár az Ön irodájában is - végzek foglakozás egészségügyi szakvizsgálatot előre egyeztetett időpontban.
2017-ben címzetes főorvosi kinevezést kaptam.
A betegeink gyógyítása számomra nem csupán szakma, hanem olyan hivatás, mely a csapatom tagjainak tudásán, gyakorlati tapasztalatán és empatikus készségén egyaránt alapul.

I am Dr. Judit Bárdos.
I graduated summa cum laude in General Medicine from Semmelweis University (Budapest), in 1994. From 1997 to 2001 I was a resident in family medicine.
Since October 1, 2001 I have been working continuously in my current family practice in the XXII. district of Budapest. In 2002 I passed the specialist examination in family medicine with excellent results.
Since 2003 I have been an accredited lecturer at the Department of Family Medicine at Semmelweis University. I am also involved in the training of medical students and residents. My goal in teaching is to ensure that students do not just receive formal "doctrinal" knowledge, but connect to their profession through personal experience.
From 2001 to 2006, I was a postgraduate psychotherapist at the Department of Psychiatry of Semmelweis University, and in 2006 I obtained my diploma as a psychotherapist. I am able to use elements of cognitive and behavioural therapy and empathic communication in patient care, so that I can deal not only with the illness but also with the patient as a whole. I place particular importance on the health of my patients and on the prevention of their illnesses. Preventive medicine, health promotion and patient education are also a priority in my practice. For more than 10 years I have been running the "Budafok Quality of Life Club", which aims to improve the health awareness and health consciousness of our patients, and also has a community-building role.
In 2007, I obtained a specialist qualification in occupational medicine. I carry out occupational health examinations for my contracted partners in my surgery in Budafok or, in the case of larger numbers, on the premises of companies - even in their office - at an agreed time.
In 2017 I was appointed titular chief physician.
For me, treating patients is not just a profession, it is a vocation based on knowledge, practical experience and empathy.
